Why Vitamins and Peptides Are Not the Same Thing. And Why You Might Want Both.

I have talked a lot on this podcast about how most peptides do not absorb well orally. So today I want to answer the question I know has been sitting in the back of a lot of your minds. Does that mean vitamins do not work either. The answer is no. And the reason why is really important to understand. Vitamins are a completely different category of compound from peptides and your body absorbs them very differently. In this episode I explain the difference clearly and in plain language. And then I get into the part I am actually really excited about. Vitamins and peptides do not compete with each other. They work together. I cover the research on the most important connections. Vitamin D and immune peptides. B vitamins and NAD plus. Magnesium and sleep. Vitamin C and collagen. And zinc and tissue repair. I also talk about something nobody talks about enough. Just because vitamins do not require a prescription does not mean more is always better. And not all supplements are created equal. Knowing what to look for on a label matters just as much as knowing which vitamins to take. This episode is for anyone who has ever wondered where vitamins fit into the picture and how to build the right foundation for everything else to work on top of. Explained like you are in 5th grade the way I always do it.
